Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Frimehdi Abdeldjalil, a sole proprietor (auto-entrepreneur) registered in Algeria under the activity “Développeur Logiciel” and based in Bir El Djir, Oran (“I”, “me”, “the business”), collects, uses, stores and deletes personal data. It covers this website (abdeldjalilfrimehdi.tech) and any messaging, automation or integration service I operate for a client.

1. What data is collected

Depending on how you interact with the business, I may process:

  • Website enquiries: your name, email address and the content of the message you send.
  • Client project data: business contact details, billing information and any credentials or configuration you share to enable a project.
  • Messaging and automation services (WhatsApp Business Platform, Instagram Messaging, Messenger Platform): your name or profile name, phone number, message content (including any attachments you send), timestamps, and platform account identifiers such as your WhatsApp ID, Instagram-scoped ID, Facebook page-scoped ID or conversation ID.
  • Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, request time, error traces) generated when a system I operate receives a request.

No sensitive categories of data (health, biometric, political or religious data) are requested. Please do not send them through these channels.

2. Why data is collected and how it is used

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide a quote or proposal.
  • To deliver the contracted service: routing, answering and recording customer conversations on behalf of the business you contacted.
  • To operate, secure, debug and monitor the systems that process those messages.
  • To issue invoices and comply with Algerian accounting and tax obligations.

Data is processed on the basis of your consent (for example when you start a conversation on a messaging channel), the performance of a contract, and legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.

3. Role in messaging integrations

When a client engages me to build or run a WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger integration, the client is the controller of the end-user conversations and I act as their service provider (processor), handling data only on their documented instructions. Meta Platforms processes the message in transit under its own terms and privacy policy.

4. Sharing of data

Your data is never sold, rented or traded to third parties, and it is not used for advertising profiling. Data is shared only with:

  • The client business whose messaging channel you contacted, so they can answer you.
  • Infrastructure and platform providers strictly needed to run the service (for example Meta Platforms for message delivery, and cloud hosting providers such as AWS).
  • Authorities, where disclosure is required by applicable law.

5. Data retention

  • Website enquiry emails: kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Messaging conversation data: retained for as long as the client's service is active, and by default no longer than 12 months from the last message, unless the client contract specifies a shorter period.
  • Server and error logs: retained for up to 90 days.
  • Invoices and accounting records: retained for 10 years as required by Algerian commercial and tax law.

Data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised once its retention period ends.

6. Your rights and how to request deletion

Any person — client or end user — may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. No account or login is required.

  1. Email contact@abdeldjalilfrimehdi.tech with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
  2. Include the identifier used in the conversation (the phone number, Instagram username or Facebook profile name) and the business or page you contacted, so the correct records can be located.
  3. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days and written confirmation once deletion is complete, at the latest within 30 days of the request.

Step-by-step instructions are also published on the Data Deletion Instructions page.

7. Exceptions to deletion

Records that must legally be kept — in particular invoices and accounting documents required by Algerian tax law, and data needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim — are retained for the legally mandated period. Where such an exception applies, it is stated in the deletion confirmation, and all other data is still removed.

8. Security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure, transmitted over TLS, protected by least-privilege credentials, and monitored for unauthorised access. Access to conversation data is limited to what is necessary to run and support the service.

9. Children

Services are not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child's data has been submitted, contact contact@abdeldjalilfrimehdi.tech and it will be deleted.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as services change. The revision date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
